Atteindre des Sommets - Keyshots

Key shots from my graduation short film, for which I handled all aspects of the 3D production from start to finish.

Born from the expression “Reaching new heights,” this animated short follows Thomas, an experienced climber, as he makes a solo ascent on a cliff in the French Alps.

His progression, suspended between sky and earth, becomes an introspective journey, a return to his origins, a deep attempt to reconnect with the world around him.

As he rises, wavering between the pull of the void and his will to move forward, an eagle watches him in silence.

With the arrival of the music, his climb gradually turns into an inner release.
At the summit, in the warm orange glow revealing the horizon, a brief exchange of glances between Thomas and the eagle seems to suspend time.

A simple, fleeting, yet powerful encounter, an invitation to contemplation and escape.
